Clifford describes his friendship with Heath Jornales as ‘sobrang kulit’

Clifford shared a close friendship with Heath Jornales during his time inside Bahay ni Kuya.

In an interview with GMA News Online on Thursday, Clifford looked back on the relationship he formed with Heath in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0." 

“My friendship with Heath is sobrang kulit. As in, sobrang kulit talaga kaming dalawa ni Heath. Every interaction, every banter namin is parang puro jokes lang talaga,” Clifford shared. 

According to the Sparkle star, he wanted to be one of Heath’s support systems, especially when their group was nominated for eviction. 

“ I always let him know na I'll always be here for him na parang bilang kuya na rin. Especially nung nominated kami. Like siyempre, down talaga kaming lahat na 'yun. Especially for me kasi ako rin po 'yung naging leader at that time para sa group namin,” Clifford said.

“It really hurt us. Pero I was really there to be there for Heath at the same time. Parang kami ni Heath, we're there to lift up each other,” he added.

Previously, Clifford said on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” that he would miss Heath the most among the "PBB" housemates, noting that they became brothers inside the house.

“Doon po sa bahay, na-feel ko po na I really have a soft spot kay Heath, and I really wanted to protect him. Ngayon hinahanap ko pa si Heath minsan kapag nasa bahay ako,” the Kapuso star added. 

Clifford was the latest housemate to get evicted from Bahay ni Kuya. He exited alongside Kapamilya housemate Fred Moser.

"Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0" airs on GMA Network weeknights at 9:40 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 6:15 p.m.
