In Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras Weekend,” Saturday, Gabbi reacted to comments on their music video with Ben&Ben, where they starred as bride and groom.

“Actually nakakatawa kasi ang dami ding nag-akala na totoo siya. But we made it clear that it's really for the music video,” the Sparkle star said.

When asked if such is about to happen in real life, Gabbi teasingly said, “Tanungin natin si Khalil.”

Gabbi then said that she and Khalil are "kalma lang."

"Alam mo ‘yun, parang we're super secured naman sa isa't-isa na hindi namin kailangan magmadali, mag-worry. OK naman kami," she added.

Ben&Ben released the MV for their latest single "Duyan" on Thursday, giving a happy ending for Gabbi and Khalil, who starred in their previous music videos, "Pagtingin" and "Araw-Araw." 

On Instagram, Gabbi shared BTS snaps from the music video and said, “We created something beautiful with our good friends [Ben&Ben].

“When @miguelbenjamin_ first played this song for us, we both got emotional because it felt so close to our own story. ‘Duyan’ is such a precious song. A love letter to the person you choose to commit to, grow with, and build a life with,” Gabbi said.

The actress also thanked them for creating music that honors real, steady love.

“As a couple who have been together for many years, this means so much to us. We’re truly grateful to be part of something so honest, intimate, and beautiful,” she said.

Gabbi and Khalil have been together for eight years. They will celebrate their 9th anniversary this February.
