Katrina Halili, Kris Lawrence’s posts ignite fans’ reunion hopes

Netizens are swooning over Katrina Halili and Kris Lawrence’s online antics.

In a recent post, Katrina shared a photo involving a jacket, clarifying that it was originally bought for their daughter, Katie.

“Salamat sa pa jacket," she began, as she tagged Kris. "Explain ko lang ah, nangangati kasi si Katie sa damit niya sa likod. Binili siya ng papa nya ng jacket kaso nakipagpalit sya ng damit sa 'kin. Kaya ako nagsuot, kasi same size lang kami ni Katie. At isa pa, yan kasi yun naka sale. Dun tayo sa discounted,” Katrina wrote in the caption.

“Hehe ur welcome Chiq,” Kris commented with a smiley face.

The post has over 100,000 reactions, 3,900 comments, and more than 400 shares.

Katrina shared another update in a separate post, this time about switching clothes with Katie again. She once again tagged her ex.

“Oh ayan ah, nagpalit kami ni Katie ng damit. May proof na di ba, Kris Lawrence,” Katrina said.

The posts quickly drew kilig reactions from netizens, with some joking about how they have also seen Kris wearing the same jacket and others openly wishing for a reunion between the two.

“Couple shirt yarn!” one comment read.

“Hay sana mauwi na ito sa balikan….akoy kinikilig,” a fan said.

“Baka kayo talaga ang itinadhana, sana magkabalikan kayo,” another netizen said.

Katrina gave birth to Katie in 2012. Two years later, she and Kris parted ways.

In 2023, Katrina opened up about her co-parenting setup with Kris, saying "mas OK kami as friends."

"Mas nagtutulungan kaming dalawa sa lahat ng bagay," she added.
