Anne Curtis reacts to 'power couple' blind item
Anne Curtis is unfazed by the blind item about a "power couple" whose relationship was allegedly on the rocks, after she and her husband, Erwan Heussaff, were tagged as possible subjects.
On Thursday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the King of Talk brought up the viral blind item and said that Anne and Erwan were among the celebrity couples whose names surfaced in online speculation.
"I didn't know. I knew the issue, pero I didn't know we were part of the list," Anne said. "Ang taray naman ng power couple. I don't know if I would consider Erwan and I, a power couple but thank you for considering us."
Asked how she felt after finding out about the rumor, the actress-host made it clear that it did not affect her at all.
"Wala. Alam mo, like, I've been in the industry for so long, and so many controversies have come my way. And I still live by that same motto I came up with years ago: Learn the art of dedma," she said.
Anne said that stressing over unfounded issues only does more harm than good.
"Don't stress about it because I feel like when you stress about things and I'm speaking from experience, sometimes it manifests in your body. So why would you do that to yourself? If you give it five seconds of your life, ten seconds, a minute, but after that, let it go," she said.
Anne and Erwan tied the knot in 2017. Three years later, they welcomed their daughter, Dahlia.
