Bianca Umali bids goodbye to Terra in 'Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre' 

Bianca Umali bid farewell to her character Terra in "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre." 

In a social media post on Tuesday, the Kapuso star shared her death scene from the series alongside a lengthy reflection on her character.

"Avisala Meiste, Terra," she began. "Hindi ko alam kung saan magsisimula, pero alam kong kulang ang salitang salamat."

She described her death scene, which she co-created, as more than just a storyline moment.

"Ang bahaging ito ng Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre ay hindi lang basta eksena o yugto ng kwento para sa akin. Isa itong paglalakbay—bilang aktor, bilang tao, at bilang katuwang sa malikhaing proseso," Bianca wrote.

Bianca expressed deep gratitude to her colleagues, acknowledging the collective effort behind the scene.

"To be given the space to listen, learn and collaborate with the team—to co-create and help shape such an important moment for Terra—means more to me than I can put into words," she said.

"Maraming salamat sa creative at writing team, production, mga direktor, action at stunt team, at sa post-production team—gayundin sa lahat ng nasa likod ng camera mula sa art department, utility, wardrobe, camera men, crew, at iba pang support teams."

She also made a huge shout out to the stunt team who helped her in the action scenes in the series.

"Isang espesyal na pasasalamat at buong pagmamalaki para sa aming stunt team. Hindi biro ang sakripisyo, disiplina, at pusong ibinuhos ninyo sa bawat galaw at bawat sandali. Sobrang proud ako sa trabahong nabuo natin nang magkakasama, at sa respeto ninyo sa sining natin," 

She concluded her message with a heartfelt tribute to her character and fans: 

"Ang sandaling ito para kay Terra ay binuo nang may malinaw na layunin, sama-samang lakas, at napakaraming pagmamahal," Bianca said.

"Nagpapasalamat ako sa pagkakataong lumago sa mundo ng Encantadia, at sa bawat taong tumulong upang mabuhay ang eksenang ito. Para kay Terra. Para sa Encantadia! at para sa inyo… Avisala Eshma, mga Encantadiks," she ended.

On Tuesday's episode, Bianca's character Terra was killed by Gargan (Tom Rodriguez) after being held captive. She faced an intense battle with the villain, refusing to surrender the Brilyante ng Lupa.

True to her fearless nature, Terra instructed the Brilyante to go to Deia, ensuring its protection even after her death.

Gargan then struck her and left her bloodied on the floor.

"Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8:05 p.m. after "24 Oras." You can also watch it online via the Kapuso Stream on YouTube.
