'Stars on the Floor' Season 2 returns with bigger collaboration

'Stars on the Floor' Season 2 returns with bigger collaboration

Sunday nights are set to ignite as GMA Network’s original dance reality competition program, "Stars on the Floor," makes a grand return for Season 2—and this time, the rhythm hits harder than ever, beginning February 15.

Season 2 takes the "collab-anan" to the next level as five all-new Celebrity Dance Stars step into the spotlight, each introduced through special dance performances with guest stars.

Among the much-awaited Celebrity Dance Stars are a Kapuso Leading Man, a Multi-Awarded Actress, a Dance Royalty Heir, an Asian Idol, and a Former OG Girl Group Member. Joining them are powerhouse performers from the country’s hottest P-Pop groups: Joker of 1st.One, Jao of Alamat, Sophia of KAIA, Denise of Calista, and Jeromy of Hori7on.

Hosted by Asia’s Multi-Media Star & Box-Office King Alden Richards, "Stars on the Floor" Season 2 raises the bar with even bigger moves. Judging the competition are The Dance Authority — led by Dance Hitmaker and Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, Head of the Dance Authority, alongside Dance Trendmaster Coach Jay Roncesvalles (choreographer of SB19), and the newest addition to the panel, Kapuso King of the Dancefloor Rayver Cruz.

This season promises more twists, tougher challenges, and jaw-dropping performances as pairs battle it out weekly across diverse dance styles. Only one duo will rise to the top, but the journey will be filled with unforgettable performances.

The explosive pilot episode kicks off with a massive dance concert featuring top P-Pop groups 1st.One, Alamat, KAIA, Calista, and Hori7on sending off their group’s main dancers to compete in the No. 1 Celebrity Dance Reality Competition on TV. Fans can also look forward to the opening spectacle with Alden, the Dance Authority, and the Star Choreographers.

"Stars on the Floor" Season 2 airs every Sunday night starting February 15 at 7:15 PM, after "Bubble Gang."

Viewers can also catch the livestream on Kapuso Stream and the GMA ATM YouTube Channel, hosted by Lexi Gonzales, Thea Astley, and Sean Lucas.
