Sanya Lopez transforms into an entertainer in Japan in 'Midnight Girls' first teaser

The first teaser for Irene Emma Villamor's upcoming film, "Midnight Girls," is out now, taking us to Nagoya, Japan and into the world of entertainers.

Sanya Lopez stars alongside Jodi Sta. Maria, Loisa Andalio, and Jane Oineza to tell the story of a group of entertainers who navigate the harsh realities of their job.

"Nagtatrabaho lang din tayo, pero ang tingin pa rin nila satin, imoral, Japayuki, pokpok," Jodi is heard saying in the trailer.

The trailer also features nods to the the SexBomb Girls, and even features their iconic hit, "Bakit Papa?"

Sanya currently appears in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” which airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8:05 p.m. after "24 Oras."
