Janella Salvador makes promise on Klea Pineda’s birthday: ‘I'll always, always have your back’

Janella Salvador shared a heartfelt birthday message for Klea Pineda on social media, expressing her affection and support for the Kapuso actress.

On Instagram, Janella uploaded a series of Klea’s photos, showing her in the driver’s seat of a car, motorcycle, and even an airplane.

“My favorite pov!!” Janella wrote in the caption. “Through every trip and bumpy ride I’ll always, always have your back and side (as a passenger princess).”

“You are so full of love. Happy birthday,” she said.

Janella and Klea have been spending time together since working on the 2025 queer film "Open Endings," which won the Best Ensemble Performance at Cinemalaya last year. They co-starred with Jasmine Curtis-Smith and OPM singer Leanne Mamonong.

Since the film's release, Klea and Janella have been romantically linked, with Klea telling GMA Integrated News, "Kung ano 'yung nakikita n'yo online or kahit saan, 'yun na 'yun, basta masaya kami together."

In February, they traveled to Japan together, as Klea also brought Janella to her mom's birthday celebration.

Last December, they flew to the US together. A month prior, Klea took Janella and her son Jude on a plane ride.
