Zephanie cries at pilot episode of 'Born to Shine'

Zephanie turned emotional while watching the first episode of "Born to Shine."

In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," the Sparkle star said the pilot was one of her favorite episodes to shoot.

"Naramdaman ko po talaga na parang totoong buhay, 'yung feeling na naabot mo na 'yung pangarap mo, ito na 'yung feeling," she said.

Zephanie watched the episode with her fellow cast members and the production team.

Veteran actress Tessie Tomas praised those behind the camera for how the pilot turned out.

"A good serye starts with a very good script, tapos a very solid cast, good direction, good editing," she said. "It is probably the most exciting serye in the afternoon for GMA-7."

After the episode, the cast cheered and hugged each other and felt proud of their series.

"Maraming, maraming salamat po sa mga Kapuso natin na ngayon palang ay sumama sa 'min sa pilot episode," Zephanie said. "Sana po samahan n'yo kami hanggang dulo ng kuwento ng bawat character ng 'Born to Shine.'"
