Kim Ji Soo is looking to put down some roots in the Philippines.

As seen in Athena Imperial's report on "24 Oras," Monday, the Kapuso actor had an intimate birthday celebration organized by his fans.

During the party, he shared with them one of his wishes.

"One of my wish is I want to buy a house in the Philippines soon," said Jisoo, who previously told GMA News Online that he hopes to stay in the Philippines for good.

The Korean actor, who just turned 33 years old, also said he was touched that the fans celebrated his birthday, as he usually just spends it like a normal day.

"This is the day I was born. At the same time, this is my mom's made me right, so it's also for my mom's day," he said. "Actually, I always gift to mom for my birthday and celebrate."

Ji Soo signed with Sparkle in 2024.

Among his projects include "Sanggang-Dikit FR," the special two-part series "Be-Cool: The Express Adventure," "Black Rider," and the film "Mujigae."

He also appeared in "Abot-Kamay na Pangarap" and "Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko," and guested in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition."

Currently, he stars in "Never Say Die" with Jillian Ward, David Licauco, and Raheel Bhyria. The GMA Prime series airs Mondays to Fridays at 8:50 p.m. after "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre." —Nika Roque/MGP, GMA News
