David Licauco finishes 1st in his age group for a 10K run
David Licauco has done it again!
In his latest 10K run, the Pambansang Ginoo crossed the finish line first in the 30–34 age group. He completed the race in 42 minutes and 41 seconds.
Overall, David ranked seventh among all male participants across all age groups and placed ninth overall out of 1,500 runners.
“Finished fresh!” he said in the caption.
Earlier in March, David debuted in Hyrox Taipei and set the fastest time record among Filipino participants with a total time of 1:07:48.
With nearly 2,000 participants, he ranked 53rd overall and 19th in the 30 to 34 age group.
He is set to compete again in May for Hyrox Hong Kong, this time in the doubles division with fellow Kapuso star Vince Maristela. He also plans to join the open division solo in a future race.
David currently stars opposite Jillian Ward in "Never Say Die." It airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8:55 p.m.
