Anne Curtis jams with Chito Miranda at Angel Locsin's birthday party
Anne Curtis took the stage last Sunday and jammed with Parokya ni Edgar vocalist Chito Miranda.
On Instagram Thursday, Chito shared a video with Anne as they sang "Halaga" during Angel Locsin's intimate birthday party.
In the caption, Chito said he's long known Anne, even calling each other "pare" because she's like one of the boys. "Ang gaan-gaan nya lang kasama," he wrote.
According to the rockstar, they would hang constantly, and their barkada would become known as the Tuesday Group. Eventually, life took over and their tradition of constant tambays faded.
"Once every few years na lang siguro kami magkita, pag may mga special occasion (tulad ng recent bday ni Angel), and yung mga usapan namin, tungkol na sa buhay may-asawa at pamilya," Chito continued.
"Pero ang hindi nagbago is kung gaano sya kabait at kung gaano sya sa-simple at down-to-earth," he said of the "It's Showtime" host.
It was during Angel's party that Chito's wife, Neri Naig, finally met Anne.
"Matagal ko nang naku-kwento kay Neri kung gaano sya kabait kasi super fan sya ni Anne, pero na-amaze pa rin sya kung gaano ka-warm and ka-accommodating si Anne," Chito said.
In her Instagram, Neri also posted a video of Anne singing Natalie Imbrulgia's hit "Torn" and had a cute interaction with Anne in the comment section.
"Dapat daw pag pinost, sabihin na magaling daw syang kumanta. Pero ang ganda naman talaga ng pagkakakanta nya," Neri said, to which Anne replied.
"Thank you Neri, ayan nga ung caption hahahahaha so much fun," Anne said.
