'Secrets of Hotel 88' cast tease possible 'eviction' element mid-series

As “The Secrets of Hotel 88” reaches its midpoint, the cast is hinting at a major shift in the narrative, one that may involve “evictions” among its characters.

During the series’ mid-season media conference on Tuesday, the stars were asked if viewers should expect eliminations similar to “Pinoy Big Brother.”

“So siyempre parang reminiscent of PBB ‘tong gagawin namin dito. May mga eviction na mangyayari,” Brent Manalo said.

He added that the show will keep viewers guessing about how the “eviction” will actually play out within the story.

“‘Yun ang kailangang abangan: kung ilan ang matatanggal, kung matatanggal ba lahat, kung may Big Winner ba?” he said.

Esnyr went on to tease fans in a playful way.

“Actually, bago nag-eviction, may nomination kami do’n since one month kami do’n eh. ‘Parang ayoko sa attitude nito ni ano.’ Chareng!” Esnyr joked.

The stars, however, did not clarify if these “evictions” refer to characters’ deaths or how they will be removed from the storyline.

“The Secrets of Hotel 88” also stars Ralph De Leon, Will Ashley, Mika Salamanca, Dustin Yu, Xyriel Manabat, Kira Balinger, River Joseph, Josh Ford, Bianca De Vera, AZ Martinez, and Klarisse de Guzman.
