Queer film 'Open Endings' is coming to PH cinemas in June

The queer film “Open Endings,” starring Klea Pineda, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Janella Salvador, and Leanne Mamonong is coming to local cinemas next month!

According to a post by Sparkle, the Cinemalaya 2025 film will hit theaters nationwide starting June 10.

Directed by Nigel Santos, "Open Endings" follows the lives of four queer women—who are exes turned best friends—as they take an unexpected shift when one makes a life-changing decision.

It premiered at the 2025 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival in October and won the Best Ensemble Award.
