Bea Alonzo returns to 'Whispers from Heaven' taping

Bea Alonzo has resumed taping "Whispers from Heaven."

On Tuesday, "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" showed two clips of the actress on the set of the upcoming series.

One video showed Bea looking serious while seated at a table across Tom Rodriguez, and another showed her talking to director Zig Dulay.

News of her return to work comes after rumors circulated that she and her boyfriend Vincent Co will get married in Spain. Blind items also spread that the ceremony is allegedly facing delays.

Neither Bea nor Vincent confirmed their nuptials, but a parish in Manila published their wedding banns in March.

Amid the speculations, Vincent was spotted at a business event in Pasay City last May 14.

"Whispers From Heaven" is a project Bea chose to mark her 25th year in showbiz. It will also star Cassy Legaspi, Maricar Reyes, and more.

The series is also her television comeback after starring in "Widows' War" in 2024. —Nika Roque/MGP, GMA News
