Is Michael Sager still pursuing Zephanie? 'Born to Shine' actress answers

Boy Abunda took every opportunity available on Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" to ask Zephanie about her relationship status with fellow Sparkle star Michael Sager.

Zephanie admitted that "ngayon po, mas na-fi-feel ko na parang nagiging close ulit kami."

"Ulit so ibig sabihin, nag-lovers quarrel?" Tito Boy pressed but Zephanie answered in the double negative, saying there was no lover's quarrel because "Walang lovers."

When the King of Talk focused on how they're getting closer again, the "Born to Shine" actress said yes but that Michael felt like a different person. "Parang mas mature," she began before saying "pero kasi si Michael parang hindi pa rin nagbabago."

Tito Boy prodded further, getting Zephanie to answer that he still hasn't changed "bilang kaibigan" and that he continued to be "mabait."

"Pero hindi pa rin siya tumitigil? He's still pursuing you?" Tito Boy continued.

"Wala naman po, kaya wala pa ring 'pa rin'," Zephanie clarified, disarming the host with her smile.

In March, Zephanie and Michael appeared on Fast Talk and admitted they had a mutual crush on each other.

Zephanie and Michael first worked together in "Sparkle U" in 2023. They are headlining GMA Afternoon Prime series "Born to Shine." — LA, GMA News
