Michelle Dee teases surprise song, special guest at Pride PH performance

Michelle Dee just shared some exciting details about her upcoming performance at Pride PH’s LoveL4ban.

On “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Tuesday, Michelle said it is her second time performing at the parade.

“I’ll be performing an original single, ‘Makatanong,’” the Sparkle star and beauty queen said.

“’Yung second song, surprise ko na lang po ‘yun. Along with sana ‘yung special guest na gusto kong iakyat sa stage, makakaakyat po."

Michelle also shared in the same interview that Pride Month for her is all about authenticity.

“It’s really about celebrating who you are, who you’re always meant to be, finding that strength within yourself to be who you are,” she said.

“This community has done so much for me. And I’m just really happy that once again, we’re in that time of the year that we’re really celebrating our flag loud and proud,” she added.

LoveL4ban is just one of many Pride events happening this June.

An annual celebration, Pride Month in June serves to empower the Filipino LGBT+ community by creating spaces where their identities are celebrated, stories are respected, and their rights are recognized. It is also a protest against the abuse and injustices the community faces.

Meanwhile, Michelle came out as bisexual in 2023 after being crowned Miss Universe Philippines that same year.
