Baus Rufo pokes fun at 'Unang Hirit' fumble: 'Naging first and last episode ko na'

Baus Rufo poked fun at his own mistake on “Unang Hirit” on Thursday morning.

On Facebook, the “Dogshow Divas” host shared a video of his fumble, where he accidentally said, “Mga Kapamilya,” instead of "Mga Kapuso," on the live GMA broadcast. He corrected himself and briefly explained it was his first live morning show stint.

“Salamat Unang Hirit,” Baus wrote in his caption. “Willing po ako to work overtime without pay at mag choreograph ng Christmas party number for free.”

Ahead of his appearance on Thursday, Baus had expressed his excitement on Threads.

"Doing my Unang Hirit debut tomorrow! I’m so excited! Sana magising tayo sa alarm natin!"

Immediately after his guesting, he wrote a followup post : "'Yung Unang Hirit ko naging first and last episode ko na."

Netizens joined in on the laughs, with one commenting, "Akala ko huling hirit mo na."

Baus later shared a screenshot from an “Unang Hirit” researcher, asking him to host again tomorrow.

“Okay buhay pa tayo,” he said.

A content creator, Baus is known for hosting the podcast show "Dogshow Divas" alongside Macoy Dubs.

He is also one of the “Celebri-peeps” on the GMA Network game show, “The People Have Spoken.”
