Rochelle Pangilinan turns emotional recalling highlights of Sexbomb Girls' reunion concerts
Rochelle Pangilinan remains overwhelmed over the Sexbomb Girls’ reunion concerts, which she called “surreal.”
On “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Tuesday, the group’s leader turned emotional as she looked back on the best moments from their local and international shows.
At the first concert back in December 2025, Rochelle said hearing the crowd’s screams was something else.
“Nung narinig po namin ‘yung music namin, ‘yung kilabot po talaga, ibang klase na,” Rochelle said. “And then ‘yung sigawan, grabe parang nakakatunaw na hindi maintindihan, na gusto mo ibigay lahat. Gusto mong mag-tumbling agad, kaya lang hindi pa. Ganun ‘yung energy namin. Wawasakin namin ‘yung stage para sa inyo.”
Rochelle also said that everything happened in God’s perfect time.
Another favorite moment is seeing the girls onstage again. Rochelle noted that she would look at them one by one, noting it is a moment she treasures.
“Hindi ko alam eh, kung kailan mauulit ulit,” she said. “Alam nila ‘yan, lagi akong iyakin ‘pag nasa stage kasi tine-treasure ko ‘yung moment na magkakasama kami kasi ‘yun na nga, mommies, may mga kanya-kanyang responsibilities, minsan ‘di mo sila makukuha lagi na not like before na anytime tawagin mo sila, may priorities sila.”
Rochelle also looked back on their world tour and people’s acceptance of them.
“’Yung sabayan ‘yung kanta namin, iba po ‘yun,” she said. “’Yun ‘yung nagpapa-close ng book namin na oh my gosh, may napatunayan nga kami.”
Additionally, Rochelle loves that the girls gained confidence in themselves as women.
“Hindi yata ‘yun mananakaw sa bawat Sexbomb na kasama ko dito,” she said.
The Sexbomb Girls initially reunited for a concert at the Araneta Coliseum last December, but ticket demand kept them performing.
Previously, Rochelle shared on "24 Oras" how overwhelmed she was with love following their reunion concert in California, United States.
Aside from Rochelle, some of the group's members include Jopay Paguia, Mia Pangyarihan, Aira Bermudez, Sunshine Garcia, Aifha Medina, Weng Ibarra, and more.
The SexBomb Girls are known for the dance hits "The Spaghetti Song" and "Halukay Ube," among others.
