Eric Quizon, Epy Quizon pay tribute to Dolphy on 14th death anniversary

Eric and Epy Quizon remembered their late father Dolphy on his 14th death anniversary, reflecting on the lasting impact he left on generations of Filipinos.

In a collab post on Instagram, the brothers shared a throwback photo of the Comedy King, and said that of all the awards that Dolphy received in his lifetime, "the greatest one was never placed on a shelf or displayed in a trophy case. It is the enduring love he continues to receive from Filipinos around the world."

"Fourteen years after he left us, he is still remembered, celebrated, and loved. His legacy lives on not just through his work, but through the countless hearts he touched and the joy he brought to generations," they said.

“That kind of love is the greatest award anyone could ever receive,” they added.

Previously, Dolphy’s former partner Zsa Zsa Padilla visited his resting place and remembered him on his death anniversary.

Dolphy passed away in 2012 at the age of 83. He is buried at the Heritage Park in Taguig City.

In April, Eric shared his plans to make a biopic of his late father.
