KC Montero to guest star in 'The Master Cutter'

KC Montero is set to appear in “The Master Cutter!”

According to Aubrey Carampel’s report in “24 Oras” on Wednesday, KC will play the role of Samir, a Russian man.

For his role, KC had to learn the Russian accent.

“I am Samir. I am from the country of Zeron. And I don’t know if the accent is good, but it is what is happening,” KC said.

KC is also excited to return to the small screen, especially as the project marks his reunion with his friend Dingdong Dantes.

“I’m super happy to be back working with Dong as a friend and as a brother. I’m super happy and si Max [Collins] also. I was telling everybody on the set of ‘The Master Cutter,’ there's no tension. There's no stress.”

Meanwhile, Max teased that viewers should watch out for his character’s connection to Atoy (Dingdong) and how it ties into the story of “The Master Cutter.”

"A lot is happening. Even within our family, like with [Paolo Contis] and [Tonton Gutierrez], there’s also a conflict there. So there are many more dramatic scenes coming up," said Max.
