Martin and Pops: Still in love?

Pops Fernandez says she doesn't want to put color into ex-husband Martin Nievera's composition titled "Still In Love," which Martin wrote for her to be included in her upcoming album. The singer-actress says she is grateful to Martin for writing the song for her. Pops noted they now have their own lives and are happy to leave it at that. She admitted, though, that she still feels queasy thinking about the forthcoming birth of Martin's child with long-time girlfriend Katrina Ojeda. Her kids, Robin and Ram, however, are excited, she intimated. Pops and Martin tied the knot in 1986. It wasnt long before they were blessed with two healthy, good-looking boys. But their married bliss soon turned sour with talks that Martin was having an affair with Katrina, who was based in New York. The couple separated in 1998. Pops filed for an annulment in 1999, which was granted by the court the following year. After picking up the pieces and getting over the separation, Pops dated Australian model/actor Brad Turvey. The relationship, however, didn't last long. Pops, at present, is seeing actor Jomari Yllana, with whom she is now said to be quarreling. On this, Pops stressed they are still happy, discounting rumors of yet another separation. Last August, a sexy Pops appeared on the cover of the popular men's magazine FHM, surprising many, including Martin. The latter apparently did not favor seeing his former wife baring some skin. His comments hurt Pops, and they stopped being on good terms for a while. Good thing for the two, the air has now been cleared. Pops bared they are now communicating and that Martin, in fact, has written a song for her. - GMANews.TV
