iGMA: Captain Barbell struggles with his love life

'Captain Barbell' faces difficulties in his love life as the action-adventure series continues this week. Althea (Lovi Poe) is slowly learning about Teng’s (Richard Gutierrez) past relationship with Leah (Rhian Ramos), which leaves her wondering whether Teng really loves her or is just reminded of his former love.

Skeptical about Teng’s real intentions towards her, Althea suddenly meets Gregor (TJ Trinidad) along the street where she nearly met an accident. Meanwhile, Captain Barbell discovers that Dr. Dancel was kidnapped by the malevolent Nero (Christopher de Leon) in search for the Askobar, the only element that would defeat Captain Barbell. Upon learning this, Captain Barbell alarms his Liga ng Kalayaan and prepare for the next move of Nero. Each of the members of the Liga ng Kalayaan disciplines and prepares themselves for their next fight except for Spin (Jake Vargas) who is still unfocused and bothered because of the death of his mother. To make up and to prove his love to Althea, Teng plans a surprise picnic dinner for them. Unfortunately, duty calls for Captain Barbelll which causes him to be late for their dinner. Althea decides to go home. She was surprised to see a very familiar man in their house that could wipe away all her feelings for Teng and questions about love.
