'No third party in Angel-Oyo split'

Renowned showbiz seer Rene Mariano on Wednesday sustained the statement of broadcast personality Ali Sotto her nephew Oyo Sotto and girlfriend Angel Locsin had called it quits because they barely have time for each other. Ali, mother of the late Miko Sotto, ex-boyfriend of Angel, was right in her reading of the reasons behind the Angel-Oyo breakup, Rene told the Philippine Entertainment Portal. Rene said he believes actor Robin Padilla, Angel's partner in her upcoming show on GMA-7, had nothing to do with the breakup. Moreover, he said it was true that overeating during the holidays caused Angel's recent confinement at a hospital, and not because she had slipped into depression, after parting ways with Oyo.
