Amy Perez taken to hospital

On January 14, Amy Perez and boyfriend Carlo Castillo announced in the afternoon entertainment talk show The Buzz that she was pregnant. Perez, host of DZMM's Amy, About Me and You, and Castillo, a reporter from the same radio station, have been going out for three months. The two revealed that the pregnancy was planned. After the show, a PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) contributor reported, Amy experienced spotting and was rushed to St. Luke's Medical Center. She was later seen sobbing on her way out. She was said to have been advised by the doctors to go on bed rest for a month.
