  Newest GMA Telebabad series, My Husband's Lover garnered praises and positive feedback from netizens all over the country. The much-anticipated series which bravely tackles gay relationships for the first time on local television has trended on Twitter (Philippines) with the hashtag, #MyHusbandsLoverPilot. The story revolves around the couple Lally (Carla Abellana) and Vincent (Tom Rodriguez), whose relationship gets threatened when Vincent’s first love, Eric (Dennis Trillo) enters the picture. The pilot episode showed the beginnings of Lally and Vincent’s relationship; how they met and fell in love. It was established that though immensely enamored by Vincent, there are things about Vincent that Lally does not know of.
