Superstar Nora Aunor, diamond star Maricel Soriano and princess of telenovela Judy Ann Santos are among the strong contenders for best actress in the 23rd Star Awards for Movies to be held on March 23 at the University of The Philippines Theater in Diliman, Quezon City. Inilabas na ang nominees for major categories para sa 23rd Star Awards for Movies ng Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC).
