New game show na ‘Picture! Picture!’, simula na ngayong Sabado

 
Brace yourselves because the newest game show to hit Saturday night viewing is finally here.

Picture! Picture! is not your ordinary game show. An original creation by GMA, it will surely excite, entertain and most especially, make the viewers think.

Are you ready for the next big thing on television?

Picture! Picture! host Ryan Agoncillo definitely is! The celebrity dad currently hosts Eat Bulaga as well. Prior to Picture! Picture!, Ryan appeared in a short but pivotal role in phenomenal GMA Telebabad series, My Husband’s Lover.

“When that opportunity came, nakabakasyon kami noon. More than it being a sign of what is to come, I think I was just excited to be part of such a big serye. When they started the teleserye, we found ourselves marveling at the beauty of the story. Ako mismo, sabi ko sa sarili ko na sana ma-cast ako diyan,” he shared.

He added, “Hindi actually pasok sa schedule, pero nagawan ng paraan. Kung anuman iyong pwedeng ibigay, ibinigay na. For now I am just concentrating on my show, Picture! Picture! This is my baby.”

Every week, Picture! Picture! will be featuring a team of four celebrity contestants. If Ryan were to handpick the next contestants, which celebrities would he choose?

“I hope than since we’ve had such a fun time doing the show, I hope it becomes a melting pot of different kinds of artists. Sana may mga rock star, may mga basketball player. Sana hindi lang din limited sa mga artista,” he answered.

What made Ryan consider doing Picture! Picture!? What ultimately sealed the deal for him?

“Sa Eat Bulaga kasi, kung tutuusin, game show rin iyon pero meron kang Dabarkads. May mga sasandalan. Ito, solo. Doon din ako nae-excite kaya gusto ko ring gawin ‘yung Picture! Picture! talaga. When they presented to me the idea, the fact that it was original, the fact that this was the first game show na gagawin ko, trivia pa, sa litrato pa, I was sold,” stated Ryan.

He added, “Photographer din ako. Dati rin akong nagtatrabaho bilang professional photographer. Doon din ako na-engganyo. ‘Yun nga, medyo nangangapa. I hope you get to forgive me the first three episodes. Medyo may nginig sa tuhod.”
 
Ryan gave this final statement: “In every simula, medyo may konting talisod pero sama-sama tayo sa pagbuo ng Picture! Picture!, the next big thing on television.”
