Rocco Nacino surprises high school students for advanced birthday celebration

Students from Makati High School had the time of their lives when Kapuso actor Rocco Nacino paid them a visit and spent an afternoon with them.

Rocco arrived at the Makati High School library together with his parents, where they were all welcomed warmly by the students and host, Tess Bomb.

The program started with a dance number from a group of four students. They grooved to the Korean variety song, Gentleman.

This was followed by a talent show. Five students volunteered to perform in front of Rocco. The performances included some singing, dancing and freestyle rapping. The best performer received a prize and everybody had a blast.

After this, it was Rocco’s turn to perform. He took the stage and danced together with some students. Then, the students sang “Happy Birthday” to Rocco.

The highlight of the event was Rocco’s surprise for the Makati High School students. They will be enjoying free wi-fi in their library for the next six months, courtesy of Rocco. A representative from the school thanked Rocco for his generosity.

After the program, Rocco distributed snacks to the students who all had an unforgettable time with the Kapuso actor.

GMANetwork.com got to interview Rocco after his successful pre-birthday event. He expressed his appreciation for the students of Makati High School for sharing their talents and spending their time with him.

He also mentioned that providing free wi-fi services for the students is the most practical gift he could give them. Rocco said, “Alam ko kung gaano kaimportante ‘yung internet sa paggawa nila ng assignments. Usually, I visit kids na may sakit. This is something that’s very out-of-the-box, and happy ako na masaya sila sa gift ko sa kanila.”
