Maraming artista ngayon ang nahihilig sa sports, at may iilan pa ngang ginagawa na itong negosyo. One of the Kapuso stars who find comfort in sweating it out is Julie Anne San Jose, na kinahihiligan ngayon ang boxing.
With her busy schedule in school and in showbiz, the talented actress tries to find time to hit the gym and throw a few punches. "Aside from cardio siya, masaya siyang gawin," was Julie's short response when asked why she chose boxing over other sports.
"This year lang ako bumalik. Medyo may pilay pa nga itong kamay ko sa kakasuntok," saad niya during our interview.
"The least is eight rounds, the most is 12 to 15."
It seems that Julie is enjoying this contact sport. Is there anything else that she wants to try?
"Gusto kong i-try ay fencing naman. Kasi I have tried archery, nag-firing din ako.
