WATCH: Pacquiao gives Jam of Jamich words of encouragement

As he continues to fight for his life, YouTube sensation Jam Sebastian of Jamich on Sunday received words of encouragement from champion ring fighter Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao.

Pacquiao, who is to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2, posted on his Instagram account a video teling Jam to be strong.

"Jam, greetings for you from the Lord Jesus. Be strong and courageous," Pacquiao said in the video.

Pacquiao added that only God can restore life, and one must "have faith in God."

"Jam, get well soon the Lord Jesus his the only way for healing, restoring everything and the only way of salvation. Nothing is impossible with God," he said in his Instagram post.

Pacquiao is in Los Angeles training for his May 2 bout.

Sebastian is on life support, with his relatives asking for prayers.

His mother, in an interview on "Startalk," had asked Pacquiao to visit Jam.   — Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News
