PEP tracks down Ruffa’s hubby Richard Daloia

PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) users have asked the question "Who is Richard Daloia?" countless times. YES! magazine's July issue gives a background on Ruffa Gutierrez and her short-lived romance with first husband Richard Daloia as part of the 20-page article titled "Ruffa & Yilmaz: No fairy-tale ending." One of the sources said, "You know, that's one thing about Ruffa that people don't know. They say she goes for guys who are rich? No! She had many suitors, nakapila sila riyan. Very rich, ha?
