Miss Myanmar wows crowd with a puppet theater-inspired costume

Pageant fans have already seen all sorts of gigantic costumes and dresses bursting with colors for the Miss Universe Parade of Nations over the years, but Miss Myanmar Htet Htet Htun made sure everyone remembers her own version of a National Costume.

The Burmese beauty queen instantly became a crowd favorite in the National Costume show on Thursday, January 26, after she breaks out in a unique Marionette-inspired mini-performance.


She literally brought a wall with her, making the audience curious of the meaning behind the enormous costume, and then proceeded to wow the crowd with her string puppet act.

 

Aside from making the crowd go wild with her unique National Costume showcase, Miss Myanmar's performance also got raves from netizens.

The 65th Miss Universe pageant will conclude with a grand coronation event on January 30, 2017 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
