Photographic memory gave Dawn Zulueta ability to play the piano

Dawn Zulueta said that, though she could not read sheet music, she could play classical piano because of her photographic memory.

In an episode on GMA News TV program Tonight with Arnold Clavio, Dawn said it had been her dream to play the piano, but she only started taking lessons two years ago.

"Matagal ko ng gusto matuto magplay ng piano. Unfortunately I've never had lessons nung bata ako. Pero may mga certain pieces na gustong gusto ko talagang matutunan that's classical music," Dawn explained.

Dawn said she could not read notes and she did not have the patience to start with the basics. So she decided to learn using her photographic memory.

"Luckily nakahanap ako ng piano teacher na matiyaga na tinuturo lang sakin saan pumupunta 'yong daliri niya. Eh may photographic memory ako," Dawn shared.
