"I am equally challenged and proud for having received such recognition. This takes me to, nonetheless, improving my craft both as a reporter and a director," pahayag ng director-reporter. "This will be an indie film about indigenous people," banggit ni Cesar tungkol sa kanyang susunod na film project. "I want to show their struggle in the big city. I already have the plot and how the shots would go. I just had a meeting with the producers last week. They were very excited about the project. If all goes well, I think I have another festival entry. "Aside from that, I have a film collaboration with fellow GMA News reporter Jiggy Manicad and his fiancee, director Marnie Pulumbarit. The story is about the present situation in the bureau of corrections. It will be shot this year and we are hoping it will be included in our country's entries to film festivals abroad." - Philippine Entertainment Portal
