Heart Evangelista on showing more of her 'unfiltered' life: 'Not everything is dandy and beautiful'

Heart Evangelista is changing things up a bit by showing more of her life’s authentic bits to everyone.

In a YouTube vlog, the Kapuso star said she will now start to share the “unfiltered version of my life” on her social media accounts. 

“Not everything is dandy and beautiful at the end of the day, but I feel like it’s so important to always be authentic and really stay true to yourself whether people agree with you or not,” she said.

“It’s about living your life and if somebody out there relates to you, then that’s wonderful,” she added.

This update came after she admitted to have been “going through a lot of personal stuff,” saying she’s “in search of just being happy.” She added that she’s been “appreciating small moments.”

Heart also said she realized that life is not about just material things, like putting on the best shade of lipstick and the best clothes, even though it uplifts her mood.

"Really, it's about the simplest things in life that's very important and really makes a person happy and that's where I'm at now," she said.

Heart’s YouTube channel, with over 2.7 million subscribers, is home to fashion, beauty, travel, and pet content which the actress is all passionate about.
