Jerald Napoles' message of thanks to Alden Richards is equal parts funny and touching

Jerald Napoles took to social media to thank Alden Richards for their friendship.

Posting snaps from his wedding day, Jerald began by saying Alden was among the first few people he called to become his groomsmen, and without hesitation the Kapuso heartthrob agreed.

Writing in Filipino, Jerald said nothing would change their friendship, even if they weren't celebrities or actors. 

"Mananatiling kaibigan at nandito ako para sayo kung kinakakailangan," he said, before poking a joke: "Tandaan mo, kahit di mo aminin, kambal tayo sa kahit ilang multiverse pa yan."

[We will remain friends, and I am here for you when you need me. Remember, even if you don't admit it, we are twins no matter the multiverse.]

"Just know I’m grateful, brother. Thank you for standing beside me on one of the most important days of my life," he said.

Earlier, Jerald thanked his groomsmen for standing by him as brothers "witnessing a new chapter of my life."

At the Bohol wedding of Jerald and Kim Molina last week, Alden was not only a groomsman. He also participated in a funny stint during the reception that has since gone viral.  

Apart from Alden, Barbie Forteza, Kristoffer Martin, Kuya Kim, and Yassi Pressman were among the celebrity guests.
