Michelle Dee files perjury complaint vs. alias Totoy

Actress and beauty queen Michelle Dee filed a perjury complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against Totoy (not his real name), the former driver and personal assistant of her friend, actress Rhian Ramos.

According to a report on “24 Oras” on Tuesday, Dee said there was a significant inconsistency between the two statements made by Totoy. 

In the affidavit he submitted in response to Dee’s earlier qualified theft complaint, he allegedly admitted to stealing the angpao. 

However, in his sworn statement submitted to the NBI, Totoy reportedly denied the allegation.

As of this writing, GMA Integrated News is exerting efforts to obtain a statement from Totoy regarding the latest complaint.

In January, Totoy filed a complaint with the NBI for alleged physical assault against Dee, Ramos, and their friend, beauty queen Samantha Panlilio. 

Dee has submitted a counter-affidavit in response to Totoy's complaint.
