Laufey brings Hudson Williams, Megan Skiendiel, and more Wasians in 'The Madwoman' MV

Laufey is bringing the Wasian — that's Western Asian — star power to her new "The Madwoman" MV. 

Witness: "Heated Rivalry" star Hudson Williams, Olympian Alysa Liu, Katseye member Megan Skiendiel, and American actress Lola Tung are all joining Icelandic-Chinese singer for her new project.

In a series of Instagram posts, Laufey introduced the celebrities with polaroid snaps beginning with Megan, who expressed her love for the singer in the comment section.

She also voiced out her support for Alysa when Laufey welcomed the athlete "to the party" next, as well as when Lola Tung was announced.

On Friday morning (Manila time), Laufey introduced Hudson as "our madman for the madwoman music video" with two polaroids.

"Get slapped," she added as Laufey included details of "The Madwoman" MV launch on Friday, April 10.

The song is included in, "A Matter of Time: The Final Hour," the deluxe version of the earlier release "A Matter of Time." It will also drop on Friday.

Shortly after, Laufey will go on tour in support of the new record, heading to Manila in May for a three-day residency at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Laufey was last in Manila in 2024 for her “Bewitched: The Goddess” show. — LA, GMA News
