Michelle Dee, Rhian Ramos' lawyer says alias Totoy indicted for theft by Makati prosecutor
Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos’ legal counsel, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, said that alias Totoy has been indicted for theft by the Office of the City Prosecutor in Makati City.
In a statement sent to "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the lawyer said the case is now pending before the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 127 after the prosecutor filed the information charging Totoy, Ramos' former driver, for theft.
Meanwhile, Totoy filed a complaint against Ramos, Dee, and Samantha Panlilio before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Makati City for illegal detention, unlawful arrest, and physical injuries.
Maggie Abraham-Garduque called the filing "unfortunate."

"We will file our counter affidavit showing that these cases are not only baseless but frivolous with the sole intention to make it a vengeful suit against the theft case Michelle filed against (Alyas Totoy)," she said.
Totoy earlier filed a complaint against Ramos, Dee, Panlilio, two of Dee’s bodyguards, and members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in January.
He alleged that they locked him in a room, beat him up, and accused him of stealing an angpao that contained private photos.
Abraham-Garduque earlier said her clients denied that they were involved in the alleged mauling and illegal detention. —MGP, GMA News
