Gong Yoo to bring 'The Long Take' fan meeting to Manila
Gong Yoo is coming to the Philippines!
On Instagram, the South Korean actor's agency, Management Soop, announced "The Long Take" fan meeting tour set to take place in Manila, Jakarta, Yokohama, Bangkok, Macau, and Seoul.
The post also contained a handwritten letter in Korean, in which Gong Yoo thanked his fans for their birthday greetings and unwavering support through the years.
"Because of all of you who have been with me for a long time, I found myself naturally looking back on the times that have passed," he wrote, as translated into English.
"So, this year, I have prepared a place where we can face that time directly and share it together," he added. "I hope we can add a new chapter to our story that has been continuing for a long time."
As of writing, the tour dates and ticketing details have yet to be announced.
In June, Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, Lee Dong Wook, and Yoo In Na recreated the iconic "Goblin" pose for the series' 10th anniversary special.
"Goblin" originally premiered in 2016 and recorded a peak rating of 20.5 percent on tvN. It aired on GMA Afternoon Prime in September 2022.
The series follows Kim Shin (Gong Yoo), an immortal guardian of souls who must find his human bride to end his cursed life.
