TV executives Jun Lana at Perci Intalan, magpapakasal sa US

Sa Oktubre, plano ng mga television executive na sina Jun Lana at Perci Intalan na magpakasal sa New York, isa sa mga estado sa Amerika na legal ang same-sex marriage.

Si Jun ay isang film maker at creative consultant for drama department ng GMA Network, habang head of creative and entertainment production ng TV5 si Perci.

Sa artikulong isinulat ni Nikko Tuazon sa Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) nitong Biyernes, sinabing ipinagdiwang nina Jun at Perci ang kanilang 10th anniversary bilang couple.

Sa kanilang anibersaryo, niregaluhan nila ang isa't isa ng platinum rings, at kasabay ang pag-anunsiyo ng kanilang planong pagpapakasal sa October.

Sa naturang ulat ng PEP, sinabi nag-post din si Perci sa Instagram ng larawan ng kanilang singsing na may caption na: “you are cordially invited.”

Ang naturang larawan ay inilagay din ni Direk Jun ang parehong litrato sa kanyang Instagram account at may nakasulat na: “I used to think that marriage was just between a man and a pregnant woman. Never have I been so happy to be wrong.”

Sa panayam ng PEP, sinabi ni Perci na bagaman sa New York sila magpapakasal, nais pa rin nilang ipagdiwang ito sa Pilipinas.

"We have friends there and I have a brother there also. But we do plan to celebrate here, too.

“The rings are our engagement rings, I suppose. Not sure what the protocol is for rings for gay weddings, honestly.”

Kuwento pa ni Perci, “Neither popped the question. We just knew.

"We have always thought of getting married though.

“What we decided together that night was to post it on FB [Facebook] and it took us a while to decide on the caption.

"We agreed on ‘you are cordially invited,” dagdag niya. - FRJ, GMA News
