Mark Herras on future girlfriend: 'dapat alam ng magiging karelasyon ko na meron akong anak'

 

Mark Herras revealed that the number one quality that he’s looking for in a potential girlfriend is someone who would accept his daughter Ada wholeheartedly.

Ada, who's turning two years old in November, is Mark’s love child with his handler Diane Evangelista.

The 28-year-old Kapuso actor explained, “Actually, yun ang sinabi ko sa sarili ko, na this time, kung sino man yung liligawan ko or magiging girlfriend ko in the future, package deal na 'yan.

"Kasi kung dati tinatanong ako, ‘Ano bang gusto mo sa babae?’ Sasabihin ko, ‘Sweet, malambing, mabait.’

“This time, ganun pa rin naman yung mga traits na gusto ko.

"Pero nasa number one list ko, kailangan tanggap nang buong-buo si Ada."

PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) was able to interview Mark after the grand presscon of Dangwa at the 17th floor of GMA Network Center, Wednesday night, October 21.

Mark further said that his perception about handling a relationship has changed since he became a single dad.

“Kasi simula pa lang, pag sinabi na, ‘May anak ka, puwedeng hatiin mo yung oras mo?

“Ibig sabihin, hindi nila tanggap yung anak ko. It’s a big no agad.

“Alam ko sa sarili ko na, okay, magkakaroon ako ng relasyon someday.

“Pero dapat alam ng magiging karelasyon ko na meron akong anak at tanggap na tanggap niya yung bata,” he reiterated.

Mark had been in a long-term relationship with Ynna Asistio until they broke up in July 2013.

Most recently, Mark was reportedly courting Winwyn Marquez, but decided to stop as she asked him to do so.

DADDY DUTIES. Although he and Diane are not together as couple, the Kapuso actor clarifies that they remain on good terms for the sake of their child.

In fact, he gets to spend most of his free time bonding with Ada.

Mark said, “Ang pinaka-araw na buong araw ko siya kasama is Sunday.

“Kahit hindi pa ako gising, pinapasundo ko na si Ada sa condo nila.

“And then the whole day, magkasama na kami, kulitan [sa bahay].”

Like most daddies to their little girls, Mark admitted to being a spoiler, especially when it comes to buying toys for Ada.

“Kapag may chance, pumupunta kami sa mall. Dadalhin ko siya sa Gymboree or Toy Kingdom, depende sa kung anong gusto niya.

“Minsan talaga ang trip niyan, magpapabili siya ng toy tapos papasok siya sa shops na walang bata, dun siya maglalaro.

“Ako naman, nakasunod lang sa kung anong gusto niyang gawin.
