Miss Thailand Chalita Suansane open to possible showbiz projects in PHL

Miss Thailand 2016 Chalita Suansane says she's open to possible career opportunities in Philippine showbiz now that the Miss Universe pageant is over.

Chalita said, "I am open to the chances or the opportunity to go into show business.

"I think that it's a very challenging career if you give me a good chance to learn something or get new experience from this business."

The Thai beauty queen also gained popularity among Filipino pageant fans during her stay last month for the Miss Universe pageant.

Much like former Miss Universe title holder Dayanara Torres who stayed in the Philippines for four years back in the '90s to pursue a showbiz career after the Miss Universe 1994 pageant, Chalita appeased many of her Filipino fans who wanted to know if she would also be willing to pursue a showbiz career in the country.

She said, "Of course, that will be beyond expectation, but anyway because I believe I can also be Filipino according to my smile and my friendly [personality], and talent or skill in acting.

"If there is a chance to work here or do something here for showbiz, that would be a good and challenging for me." —PEP
