Chris Hemsworth joins the ‘Ghostbusters’ team

Who you gonna call? Chris Hemsworth!

The Avengers star will temporarily put down his hammer for the upcoming film "Ghostbusters," where he will play Kevin, the new assistant for the team of supernatural experts.

Hemsworth makes an appearance at the very first vignette of the long-awaited reboot of the beloved franchise.

“Kevin – he is a big dumb puppy dog,” describes Hemsworth.

Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones will join Hemsworth in "Ghostbusters," directed by Paul Feig.
