Justin Bieber denies sexual assault accusation allegation, plans to take legal action

Justin Bieber took to Twitter to deny a woman's claims that he had sexually assaulted her in 2014 in Austin, Texas.

The international singer-songwriter posted a series of tweets to refute the accusation with several receipts to back up his statement.

Justin said he doesn't normally address things since he has dealt with random accusations his entire career.

But "after talking with my wife and team, I have decided to speak up on an issue tonight."

"Rumors are rumors but sexual abuse is something I don’t take lightly," Just wrote in a tweet.

He said he wanted to address the issue right away "but out of respect to so many victims who deal with these issues daily, I wanted to make sure I gathered the facts before I made any statement."

According to Justin, the past 24 hours saw a new Twitter account narrating a sexual abuse story that involved him. It allegedly happened at the Four Seasons Hotel on March 9, 2014 in Austin, Texas.

"I want to be clear. There is no truth to this story. In fact, as I will soon show, I was never present at that location," Justin said.

Just as the woman said, Justin admitted to surprising a crowd in Austin at SXSW. He added that he was with his then girlfriend, Selena Gomez and for good measure, attached an article from 2014, which talked about Selena being with him that time.

"I appeared on stage with my then assistant side stage and sang a few songs. What this person did not know was that I attended that show with my then gf Selena Gomez."

Justin had a ton of receipts, including a set of photos showing his whereabouts on March 9, another article link proving his and Selena's arrival, and tweets.

The 26-year-old singer also posted a screenshot of a tweet of a woman with the username @ErinALynch from 2014 that claimed they saw him in Four Seasons on March 10th.

"The other reason this story might say I was staying at the four seasons was because a tweet from 2014 on March 10th not the 9th says they saw me there. This is that tweet," he wrote.

Despite this, Justin said he never stayed at the Four Seasons on the 9th or the 10th, and posted photos of receipts of his Airbnb accommodation. He also posted a photo of the woman's tweet, clarifying she saw Justin at the Four Seasons restaurant.

He claimed that he also confirmed with the Four Seasons regional manager that he was never on property on the 9th of March 2014, "and never a guest on the 9th or the 10th and I welcome all press to inquire with them if needed or wanted."

Justin ended his series of tweets saying that "every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously and this is why my response was needed."

He described the woman's story as "factually impossible" which is why he said he will be working with Twitter and authorities to take legal action.

The singer-songwriter's string of tweets came after an unidentified woman going by the name Danielle claimed in a viral now-deleted tweets that she was sexually assaulted by Justin on March 9, 2014.

She claimed that she met Justin after his surprise performance at SXSW in Austin, Texas and was invited to the Four Seasons Hotel where the alleged assault happened.

The woman said she decided to speak up after another woman spoke up on being sexually assaulted by Ansel Elgort.
