BTS, Jason Derulo, Jawsh 685 drop remix to viral TikTok hit ‘Savage Love’

The viral hit “Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)” gets a makeover with the help of BTS!

The popular TikTok song by New Zealand music producer Jawsh 685 and American artist Jason Derulo is released today with a remix featuring South Korean group BTS.

The remix highlights new vocals and rap parts in Korean, plus an instrumental version.

The three artists earlier teased about the collaboration through a short clip shared on TikTok and other social media platforms.

Jawsh 685 is a young producer whose instrumental track “Laxed (Siren Beat)” has gone viral online, while Jason Derulo is an accomplished artist who popularized the songs “Talk Dirty To Me,” “Whatcha Say” and “It Girl,” among many other pop hits.

Earlier today, BTS was also featured in a new performance of “Mikrokosmos” at Seoul’s historic Gyeonghoeru pavilion on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Meanwhile, as the show’s featured guests yesterday, group members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook did interviews before performing “Black Swan” inside a set that looked like an old church.

For its BTS Week special, “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” will feature a new performance by the septet every night, plus interviews, games, and more

BTS will also perform its massive hit “Dynamite” at this year’s Billboard Music Awards, where they are nominated in two categories: Best Duo/Group and the fan-voted Top Social Artist.

The group’s single “Dynamite” repeaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart this week.

Released last month, “Dynamite” spent its first two weeks on the chart at No. 1, and its third and fourth at No. 2. – RC, GMA News
