Blackpink’s Lisa gives advice to aspiring stars

Blackpink’s Lisa has shared words of wisdom for everyone wishing to be the next K-Pop star.

During the “Blackpink: Light Up the Sky” global press conference on Tuesday, the four-member K-Pop girl group was asked for their advice to those who wish to achieve success in the music industry.

“I think the most important thing is to find what you truly love,” said Lisa.

“Always have confidence in yourself and take care of yourself and love yourself,” she added.

Aside from being the first K-Pop girl group to perform in Coachella, Blackpink’s single “How You Like That” broke multiple Guinness World Records.

The group’s new documentary “Blackpink: Light Up the Sky,” which gives viewers different perspectives of members Lisa, Rosé, Jennie and Jisoo, is set to premiere on Netflix tomorrow, Oct. 14. – RC, GMA News
