Korean actor Ji Soo to be replaced on ‘River Where The Moon Rises’

Ji Soo will be replaced on “River Where The Moon Rises” by Na In-woo following the allegations of school violence and sexual abuse against the K-drama’s lead actor.

According to a report by Soompi, the drama’s production team has confirmed that Na In-woo “has been cast for the role of On Dal.”

The report said that KBS earlier announced that Ji Soo would leave the drama and Na In-woo would appear starting episode 9.

On Thursday, Ji Soo shared a handwritten apology in response to the allegations.

“I want to express my deep atonement to the people who must have suffered for a long time while watching me go about my work as an actor, and I will reflect on and repent my past, which can never be washed away, for the rest of my life,” he said. – RC, GMA News
