Bella Thorne and Italian singer Benjamin Mascolo are engaged!

The former Disney star and her fiance both announced the news on their social media accounts over the weekend.

In his Instagram story, the singer revealed proposing to Thorne on the set of a movie they are both starring in.

"I wrote the love letter on the back of the script of our movie...." Mascolo said.

"At the end or the last scene, she was at the monitor watching with the director and .. surprise."

Bella, who flashed a pear-shaped diamond ring on her finger, also shared the news on Twitter.

“He used my first love (acting) to ask me to be his forever love,” she said in a tweet.
